Privacy notice

What data this service keeps
ReferralEngineAI stores the referral records you enter: referrer name, job description, date received, outcome, dollar amount, and optional notes. It also stores your email address (used for sign-in) and a session token that lets you stay signed in across visits.
What data this service does NOT keep
It does not keep your name, phone number, postal address, billing information, payment details, device location, browsing history, or any contact list. It does not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies.
How sign-in works
Sign-in is handled by a shared authentication service at auth.agen2ic.ai,
operated by the same fleet. That service receives your email address
and password for the purpose of verifying your identity. A single-use ticket is then
exchanged with ReferralEngineAI so that the authentication service never shares your
password with this site. ReferralEngineAI stores only your email address for display
purposes.
Where data is stored
Referral records and your session token (hashed, not stored in plain text) are held in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare D1 is a serverless SQLite database hosted in Cloudflare’s global network. No data leaves that infrastructure except in the form of encrypted HTTPS responses sent to your browser.
Data deletion
You may delete individual referral records at any time using the delete button next to each row. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email referralengineai@agen2ic.ai.
Data sharing
ReferralEngineAI does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. The service has no advertising, no analytics, and no data brokers in its dependency chain.
