Getting started in 30 seconds
ReferralEngineAI is a personal ledger for recording who referred which job and what came of it. There is no onboarding wizard, no tutorial video — just one page.
- Go to the app page and sign in with your email address and a password.
- Type the referrer’s name and the job they mentioned into the form at the top.
- Optionally set the outcome (Won / Lost / Pending), the dollar amount, and any notes.
- Hit Save referral. You are now tracking. Each row is one referral.
- Come back after each new lead — the list grows with every entry.
That is the whole workflow. There are no settings, no categories, no tags, no reports. The pattern lives in the full list — scan it between jobs to see which relationships actually produce work.
Frequently asked questions
Is this really free? No hidden limits or trial?
Yes, it is free. Not a free tier, not a trial, not “free for one month.” Free. There is no paid plan, no feature gate, no limit on how many referrals you can record. This product is not sold. The only reason to sign in is so your data survives your browser.
Can I use this with my team or share my referral list?
No. This is a single-person tool. There are no team accounts, no sharing links, no invitations — the fleet has no email sender, so none of that exists. One person using it alone is a complete product.
If you need to share your referral data, use the Export CSV button on the dashboard. It downloads a spreadsheet you can email or share however you like.
What happens if I lose my data?
Your referral records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, not in your browser. As long as you sign in with the same email address, your data comes back on any device. There is no local storage — nothing lives in a cache that can be cleared.
That said, it is good practice to export a CSV copy of your referrals periodically. Use the Export CSV link on the dashboard to download everything at once.
How do I edit a referral I already saved?
Editing an existing referral is not yet supported. To correct a mistake, delete the row (click the × button on the right side of the table) and re-enter the referral with the correct information. This is a known limitation and is on the list of things to add.
Can I sort or search my referral list?
The list sorts by date received (newest first). There is no search bar and no column sorting. If your list is long and you need to find specific referrals quickly, export to CSV and use your spreadsheet program’s search and filter tools.
Can I use this on my phone?
The page works in any modern mobile browser — the form and table adapt to a single column layout below 48 rem (roughly 768 px). There is no native mobile app and no plans for one. If the inline form is cramped on a small screen, rotate to landscape for more room.
What browsers are supported?
The app targets recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It uses standard
fetch(), FormData, localStorage, and CSS Grid.
Internet Explorer is not supported. If you encounter a display issue in a modern browser,
please let us know.
Known limitations
ReferralEngineAI is a simple tool by design. Some features you might expect are not here, and some are not yet built. We state them plainly so there is no confusion.
No editing — delete and re-enter
There is no way to update a referral’s outcome, amount, or notes after saving. The workaround is to delete the row and enter it correctly. A proper update feature has not been built yet.
No search or filter
The list shows every referral in date order with no search bar, no filter by referrer, and no filter by outcome. For large lists, export to CSV and use your own tools.
No notifications or reminders
The fleet has no email sender, so there are no alerts when a referral comes in, no reminders to follow up on pending jobs, and no digests. You check the list when it suits you.
No integrations
ReferralEngineAI does not connect to your calendar, accounting software, CRM, or any other tool. The CSV export is the only bridge to external software.
Account deletion requires manual request
There is no self-service “delete my account” button. To remove your account and all associated referral data, email referralengineai@agen2ic.ai and the operator will process the request.
