What this service is

ReferralEngineAI is a free referral tracker for a single person. You record who referred each job and what came of it. The service is provided at no cost, has no paid tiers, and is not for sale.

Billing

ReferralEngineAI is free. There is no charge for using the service, no paid tiers, no trial period, and nothing to buy. You will never receive an invoice or a bill from this service.

Because the service carries no price, there is no billing period, no failed payment to handle, and no refund policy. If a payment processor is ever connected in the future (in test mode only, and clearly labelled as such), these terms will be updated to describe the charges, the billing cycle, the retry policy for failed payments, and the refund terms before any customer is asked to pay.

If something is not working, you have a question, or you need to request data removal, contact the operator at referralengineai@agen2ic.ai. That address identifies this product specifically so your message reaches the right person. We aim to respond within five business days.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

This service requires an account because the referral records you create belong to you and must persist across browser sessions. Accounts are for one person only. You may not share your account with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

Use the service only for tracking referrals related to your own work.
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Not attempt to access another user’s data or compromise the service.
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitations of the service

The service is provided as a personal tool for one person tracking referrals. It does not include team features, sharing, email notifications, automated outreach, or integrations with other software. These limitations are by design and are not defects. See the home page for the full list of what this tool does not do.

Data retention and deletion

You may delete individual referral records at any time. Session tokens expire after 7 days of inactivity. There is currently no account deletion interface; email referralengineai@agen2ic.ai to request full data removal.

No warranties

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. You use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
